Rajendra has around 12+ yr of experience in Information Technology. His expertise lies in the areas of Security, Networks and Systems and worked in the capacities of Technical Specialist, System Architect. He worked in major IT organizations like TCS, UBS, AppLabs, Accenture, McAfee.
Rajendra has done his Bachelor of Engineering in CSE from Madras University, he also holds various Technology Certifications like a certified ethical hacker, Certified Hacking Forensic Investigator, PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner, ITIL v3.0 Foundation, Microsoft Certified System Engineer, Microsoft Certified System Administrator and CIW- Security Analyst.

Vijay has around 13+ yrs of experience in HR and Recruitment functions. He was heading the recruitment function of various IT organizations like AppLabs, Suvistas, CITL, Softalia and was instrumental in setting up the recruitment process and played a key role in organization's growth.
Vijay has done his Bachelor Degree from Osmania University with Electronics as specialization, he also holds PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis, Certified Recruitment Analyst (CRA) from Carlton Advanced Management Institute and PG Diploma in Computer Applications from MCRP University.

Priscilla completed her Bachelors degree from St. Joseph's College, Visakhapatnam and she also has a Diploma in Secretarial Management from Davar's College, Bangalore.
Started her career as a Secretary / Personal Assistant, before moving to The National Kidney Foundation, Singapore for a period of 4 years. She was taking care of the Communication Department at the capacity of a Team Lead. Later, she joined Next Link Pvt. Ltd. as a Customer Service Trainer and was promoted as Center Manager within a year.
2 yrs ago, she founded The Next Professional Consultants, a consulting and Training Organization before joining GRS.
